We're currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team!Key Responsibilities:Source and screen candidates from job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and social platforms (LinkedIn).Work closely with account managers to understand client requirements.Submit qualified profiles with quick turnaround time.Negotiate compensation, work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), and availability.Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.Maintain and update ATS records and pipelines.What We're Looking For:1+ years of experience in US IT staffing.Strong understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.).Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.Ability to work in EST/CST time zones.Proficiency in using recruitment tools like Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.Candidate must worked on ceipal ATSExperience working tier1 clients.Why Join Us?Competitive base salary + uncapped incentivesGrowth opportunities and internal promotionsSupportive and collaborative team environment
