National Mental Health Corps is hiring a Behavioral Health Workforce Catalyst Operations Manager.This is a fully remote, national position and a rare opportunity to help launch an innovative workforce development model designed to strengthen the behavioral health workforce.Our inaugural pilot is focused on master's-level social workers as they complete supervised clinical hours, prepare for licensure, and transition into clinical practice. As our Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in building the systems, partnerships, and supports that help make this model successful, and help shape what it can become in the future.We're looking for someone who enjoys building programs from the ground up, coordinating across multiple partners, solving problems, and creating systems that help people succeed.If you're passionate about social work, workforce development, behavioral health, and making a lasting impact, I'd love to hear from you.
