Blue Recruitment Personnel is recruiting for an experienced RICS Surveyor specialising in Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys across Kent.The Role: You will carry out detailed residential property inspections and produce clear, professional survey reports for a range of clients. The role suits a confident surveyor who can work independently, manage their own diary, and deliver accurate advice on property condition and potential defects.Key Responsibilities:Conduct Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys on a range of properties.Produce clear, concise and professional reports within agreed timescales.Identify defects, maintenance issues, and areas of concern.Communicate findings clearly and professionally to clients.Manage appointments and organise your own workload effectively.Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service.Requirements:RICS qualified with proven experience in residential surveying.Strong background in Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Confident working independently and meeting deadlines.Good knowledge of the Kent residential property market.Professional, organised, and client-focused approach.Suitable Experience: This role would suit a Chartered Surveyor or Registered Valuer with hands-on experience in homebuyer reports, building surveys, and pre-purchase residential inspections.
