Many of these families will be reaching out during a vulnerable or stressful time, so patience, empathy and clear communication are essential.This is a full-time, remote position covering evenings and weekends.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to new enquiries received after hoursSpeak with parents seeking ABA services for their childrenProvide a compassionate, patient and reassuring first point of contactGather and accurately record relevant intake informationExplain the intake process clearly and professionallyFollow up consistently with prospective familiesHelp move suitable enquiries through the intake processMaintain accurate records and update the relevant systemsCoordinate with the daytime intake team to ensure a smooth handoverBalance responsiveness and progress with sensitivity to each family’s circumstancesRequirementsHas strong customer-facing, client service or intake experienceCommunicates clearly and confidently in EnglishHas a clear, neutral accent and is comfortable speaking with American clientsIs compassionate, patient and emotionally matureCan handle sensitive conversations with care and professionalismIs organised, reliable and consistent with follow-upsCan build trust without rushing or pressuring familiesIs comfortable working independently during after-hours shiftsCan commit to a flexible 40-hour schedule that includes evenings and weekendsPreferred ExperienceHealthcare administration or patient coordinationMedical or behavioural health intakeSocial work or community servicesCustomer service or client careLead management in a healthcare-related environmentFraud Disclaimer: ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
