Responsibilities

We're hiring an ERP PMO Lead to run the Project Management Office for Catalyst Acoustics Group's most important technology program — the multi-brand consolidation of our ERP platforms onto a single, redesigned Infor CSI architecture. In this role, you'll own program governance, planning, and delivery for the ERP consolidation end to end — from current-state process documentation and stakeholder alignment through a staged rollout (commercial, then operations, then finance), data migration, and post-go-live stabilization. You'll keep the IT Steering Committee and executive sponsors fully informed on plan, status, risks, and key decisions throughout, and work closely with our CEO, CFO, VP Technology, business leaders across the brands, and our external implementation partners. This is a part-time, dedicated PMO role focused solely on the ERP implementation and its stabilization, with potential conversion to full-time based on business need once the program stabilizes. It requires up to 50% travel across CAG's U.S. sites, with a preferred location of Boston or Chicago metro, or Columbus, OH (Dublin/Kinetics hub); remote considered.Lead program governance, planning, and end-to-end delivery for ERP consolidationManage current-state process documentation and stakeholder alignmentDrive staged rollout (commercial, then operations, then finance)Oversee data migration and post-go-live stabilizationKeep IT Steering Committee and executive sponsors informed on plan, status, risks, and key decisionsPartner with executive leadership and external implementation partnersIf you've led a full ERP implementation end to end, know how to keep an executive steering committee aligned without losing the thread on scope, schedule, and risk, and can translate fluently between the shop floor and the boardroom — this is a great opportunity to lead the program that will shape how CAG operates for years to come.
