Responsibilities
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer! We build web platforms for mission-driven organizations, mostly in Drupal, React, and WordPress. They're long-lived systems that still have to work well years after launch. We're in Philadelphia, the engineering team is distributed, and this role is remote.Right now I'm most interested in engineers who have already started using AI seriously in their own work. We use AI agents day to day here. It speeds us up, and the judgment and the accountability still sit with the engineer. The people who do well with us tend to be the ones who like working that way. We've been lucky with the people who've built careers here, and I'd like to keep that going. If that sounds like you, get in touch.
