Our job is to make that experience simple, reliable, and human.About the RoleWe are seeking a Training Content Development and Facilitation Specialist to lead the development of new content, maintain and update existing content, and facilitate new hire and ongoing training for remote clinical operations teams in a fast-growing telehealth environment. This role develops ILT and CBT virtual training, facilitates virtual training, builds learner confidence in systems and workflows, reinforces performance standards, and leverages adult learning principles and standardized measurement to ensure training effectiveness.What You’ll Do Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new learning content (both ILT and CBT)Maintain and update existing learning contentFacilitate new hire, refresher, and upskill training in a fully remote environmentTrain employees on telephony systems, electronic health records, and internal toolsConduct role plays, simulations, and hands-on learning activitiesReinforce workflows, quality standards, and performance expectations through coachingSupport onboarding coordination and training administrationPartner with operations leaders and SMEs to align training with business needsIdentify training gaps and drive continuous improvementRequired3+ years of training development experience3+ years of virtual facilitation experienceExperience working with an AI-enabled LMS and other supporting technologies such as Zoom, Teams etc.Demonstrated ability to train on policies, systems, workflows, and job-specific processesStrong knowledge of adult learning principlesExcellent writing, communication, and engagement skillsAbility to work independently and cross-functionallyStrong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailPreferred5+ years of training development experience5+ years of facilitation experience with at least 3 years facilitating in a virtual environmentFamiliarity with AI assisted authoring toolsAdvanced writing and communication skillsExperience in healthcare, clinical operations, or telehealthExperience coaching in a regulated, performance-driven environmentFamiliarity with HIPAA, FWA, and other compliance lawsExperience supporting high growth / multi-state teamsWork Location RequirementThis is a remote U.S.-based position. Employees must perform all work physically within the United States. International work is not permitted during scheduled work hours.Work Environment This is a remote position and may be “on camera” at any time. The Trainer will work from a home office, requiring reliable internet connectivity and a secure, private workspace.Technical Requirements:Computer:Windows or Apple (macOS) Computer ONLY (NO Chromebooks, Linux Machines, or Smartphones)Must have at least Windows 10 or macOS 14 Sonoma.Hardware: Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Equivalent (Windows); Apple Silicon (Macs)RAM: 16 GBHeadphones: Wired headphones required for optimal audio quality. (NO built-in mics)Internet Speed: Meet minimum internet speed requirements (100 MBPS download speed and 50 MBPS upload speed). Must have an ethernet cable connecting computer directly into router.Browser and System: Use Google Chrome with Amazon Workspaces (regardless of computer type). Webcam: A webcam is required for video calls. Most laptops have a built-in webcam, which is acceptable.
