Responsibilities

The RoleWe're looking for an Ad Operations Manager to own trafficking, tagging, and campaign QA across every paid channel our B2B team runs: Programmatic, Direct I/O, Paid Social, and Paid Search. The role is primarily dedicated to one of Wpromote's largest B2B accounts, a leading financial software company with multiple product lines and business units, with additional support across our other B2B clients as needed. Programmatic and direct buys will generate most of the day-to-day trafficking volume, but you'll be the single point of accountability for tracking and campaign setup across all channels, so the team has one consistent standard rather than channel-by-channel workarounds. You'll work alongside our channel teams, Client Service, and Analytics as the person who makes sure every campaign is set up correctly, tracked accurately, and launched on time. This is a hands-on technical role. You'll traffic creatives, build and QA tags, troubleshoot tracking issues, and keep the measurement plumbing clean so the media and analytics teams can trust the data. B2B campaigns often involve long conversion paths, multiple tracking systems, and lead data that has to flow cleanly from ad click to CRM, so you'll need to be comfortable working across ad servers, tag managers, platform pixels, and marketing automation tools. At Wpromote, we believe that great work is only possible with great people.
