Engagement Details

Responsibilities
- Provide Epic product function, design, build, testing, and support expertise for EpicCare Ambulatory and outpatient clinical applications.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational users to design, configure, test, and optimize Epic workflows.
- Lead small- to medium-complexity upgrades and enhancements through design, build, validation, and implementation.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and maintain system documentation.
- Perform unit, system, and integrated testing, production monitoring, incident troubleshooting, and issue escalation.
- Support training materials and end-user education.
- Participate in on-call coverage as required.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and guide projects from requirements through implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Active/current Epic Ambulatory certification.
- 3+ years of Epic application experience.
- Completed Epic Continuing Epic Education (CEE) requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Epic Ambulatory build, testing, support, and training.
- Strong workflow-analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-communication skills.
