About the Opportunity
VFXB(https://www.vfxb.com/) is looking for a motivated and proactive Fundraiser to join our fully remote team. This role offers hands-on experience in fundraising, investor outreach, lead generation, and relationship building while contributing to the growth of an innovative digital product.
This is a performance-based commission role, ideal for confident applicants in communication, comfortable with outreach, and motivated by results. The selected candidate will work closely with the team to identify potential investors, initiate conversations, build relationships, and support fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential investors, donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential funding sources.
Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
Help prepare and communicate VFXB’s fundraising materials and value proposition.
Build and maintain relationships with potential investors and partners.
Assist with fundraising campaigns, presentations, and outreach strategies.
Track outreach activities, responses, and follow-ups.
Research market trends, funding opportunities, and relevant organizations.
Collaborate with the leadership and business development teams on fundraising initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in fundraising, startups, business development, or investment.
Strong research and prospecting abilities.
Ability to write professional emails and outreach messages.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or fundraising platforms is a plus.
Previous fundraising, sales, business development, or nonprofit experience is a plus.
