Dots.eco is a B Corp micro-financing and impact platform that turns everyday digital actions like playing a game, leaving a review, hitting a loyalty milestone into verified real-world impact: planting trees, cleaning ocean plastic, restoring coral, saving sea turtles.You’ll sit between Marketing and Product, designing and building in WordPress.This is hands-on — not a directing role, and not a static visual/graphic design role.What we need:5+ years across BOTH marketing sites and product/app interfacesReal WordPress production experience (Elementor, Bricks, custom CSS; ACF/PHP a plus)Strong on UX (user flows, IA, usability) and UI — not just polished visualsComfortable in Figma at a fidelity developers can build fromFully remote experience and genuinely self-managedAvailable for 3–4 hrs of overlap with CETGreat English speaking and writing is a must⚠️ Portfolio is a MUST. We need to see your process, problem, user flows, decisions, trade-offs, outcomes.
