We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Performio expertise to support enterprise data integration and sales compensation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data mapping, business process analysis, system integrations, and commission management systems.Required Skills10+ years of Business Analysis / Systems Analysis experienceHands-on experience with PerformioStrong experience in Data Modeling, Data Mapping, and System IntegrationsExperience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologiesKnowledge of Sales Compensation and Commission Management SystemsStrong process modeling and requirements gathering skillsKey ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and technical requirementsMap Performio data with enterprise systems such as SAP, Workday, Data Lake, and Territory Management platformsAnalyze data feeds and assess the impact of business logic and calculation changes within PerformioSupport integration testing, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project deliveryManage multiple projects while ensuring data integrity and high-quality deliverablesPreferred QualificationsExperience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC (Sales & Billing)Knowledge of Sales Compensation processesExperience with Jira, Azure, GCP/BigQuery, PeopleSoft, or Data Lake technologiesManufacturing, Building Materials, or Durable Goods industry experienceCBAP or similar Business Analysis certification is a plus
