Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented QA for a full-time remote opportunity. In this role you will review and provide feedback on the work we provide for our clients. The environment is fast paced and the ability to switch between clients and projects quickly is a must.QA Responsibilities:Perform unit, UI/UX, defect, system and integration testing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud based sites.Design, develop, document, and implement QA processes company wide.Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Designers to ensure the highest level of quality product is delivered.Create and document test cases and scripts for larger projects including end-to-end eCommerce site launches.Perform additional testing as needed with other vendor applications and other Salesforce Clouds.Contribute to an ongoing process of improving test efficiency and accuracy by influencing process, tool, and infrastructure improvementsParticipate in team meetings, working with developers, business analysts, project managers, user advocates, and other testers.Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years experience with QAMinimum of 2 + years of experience specific to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Preferred)Experience with testing ecommerce platform/sFirm grasp of Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and extensionsAbility to switch between clients and projects quicklyExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsAbility to work under minimal supervision with a team or on your ownAble to think critically and adapt quickly within a dynamic environmentExperience doing QA testing in SFCC (formerly Demandware) environments including familiarity with Business ManagerStrong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, roles, and work in an agile environment is a plusFamiliarity with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) or other defect tracking systems.
