Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Set and champion the creative vision and design philosophy across the whole business unit.
- Provide creative leadership and quality control across all live projects, working alongside Design Directors and their teams.
- Act as the most senior creative voice with clients on flagship and high-profile projects.
- Build and lead a high-performing creative team, attracting, developing, and retaining top design talent.
- Shape the creative reputation externally, including awards, press, speaking opportunities, and industry events.
- Partner with the marketing and business development teams to ensure Oktra's creative work is well told and well positioned in the market.
- Champion sustainable, wellbeing-led, and B Corp aligned design principles across the studio's output.
- Stay ahead of trends in workplace design, architecture, materials, and technology, bringing fresh thinking into the studio.
- Lead creative input on major pitches, tenders, and new business opportunities.
- Set the standard for creative culture, celebrating great work and championing best practice across every studio.
