Requirements and responsibilities

About Infinitra Innovations: While most AI consultancies sell hours or chase trends, Infinitra Innovations is built around outcomes: fixed scope, fixed price, and first production value delivered in weeks, not quarters. Founded by former AWS leaders with over 15 years of combined Amazon experience, we are an AWS Advanced Tier partner helping organizations move AI from experimentation to production. The Role: This is a full-cycle, hybrid inside and field sales role covering the U.S. market. You will own the top of our pipeline end to end. Responsibilities: - Run outbound prospecting into growth-stage and mid-market U.S. accounts: calls, email, and LinkedIn. - Clearly articulate Infinitra's services and commercial model (fixed scope, fixed price, production value in weeks) to founders, CTOs, and Heads of Engineering. - Educate prospects on AWS funding programs (MAP, POC/POA credits, Well-Architected reviews, OLA/OMM) and use them to open doors and de-risk first engagements. - Book first meetings, run discovery calls, and qualify opportunities before handing off to delivery leadership for scoping. - Travel to customer offices for in-person meetings when a deal warrants it, and bring stakeholders to the table. - Work AWS co-sell: register opportunities in ACE, build relationships with AWS sellers and PDMs in your territory. - Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and hit monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified opportunities created. Requirements: - 2 to 3 years in technical sales (SDR, ISR, BDM, or inside sales) at a cloud provider or a cloud consulting/reseller partner (AWS strongly preferred; GCP or Azure considered). - Working fluency in AWS partner funding programs: you can explain MAP or POC credits to a customer without a script. - Proven outbound track record: quota for meetings booked or pipeline created, and the numbers to show it. - Comfortable running a first call solo with technical buyers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, IT leaders). - Willingness to travel within the U.S. for customer meetings. - Authorized to work in the United States. Nice to have: Experience at AWS or a top AWS partner, AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, ACE co-sell portal experience, exposure to AI/ML or data services sales. Compensation: This is a commission-heavy role: competitive base salary with uncapped commission tied to qualified opportunities and closed revenue, weighted toward performance. Top performers will also have the opportunity to earn equity in the company based on results.
