We are one of the largest and fastest-growing recreational sports organizations in Florida and across the GTA. We are looking for an energetic, driven, and highly organized Recruiter to join our growing team and help us build a world-class workforce across our rapidly expanding operations.This is a high-output recruiting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage a large volume of candidates simultaneously, and knows how to identify great people quickly. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and moving candidates through the hiring process for a wide range of positions across our sports operations, including coaches, customer service, operations, sales, administrative, and leadership roles.Key ResponsibilitiesManage high-volume recruitment across multiple locations, departments, and job postings.Review and screen large volumes of applications to quickly identify qualified candidates.Conduct 55+ candidate screening interviews per week while maintaining a high standard of candidate evaluation.Conduct structured first-round interviews using established hiring frameworks and scorecards.Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, recruiting platforms, and other channels.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain accurate candidate records, statuses, notes, and next steps within the ATS.Consistently follow up with candidates to keep the hiring process moving quickly.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.Identify recruiting bottlenecks and proactively find ways to increase hiring speed and efficiency.Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.RequirementsExperience recruiting and/or conducting interviewsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in EnglishExcellent organizational skillsProven time management skills in a fast-paced environmentResponsibilitiesConduct initial screening interviews for applicants across various rolesEvaluate candidates consistently and accuratelyIdentify top-talent to HR teamKeep detailed recordsSupport high-volume hiring efforts with efficiency and professionalismProvide timely communications, ensuring team cohesion and efficiencyBenefitsCompensation: $1000 USD per month full-time, negotiable depending on experience
