Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Annotator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our conversational AI model delivers a high-quality customer experience while meeting business objectives. We welcome both entry-level applicants and experienced/senior candidates.Duties and Responsibilities:Verify data to enhance the performance of the AI model.Review model outputs to maintain established quality standards.Provide feedback to support continuous performance improvement.Requirements:Entry-level position; however, experience in editing, product reviewing, content writing, or technical writing is an advantage.Ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities quickly and efficiently.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Ability to work independently while adhering to guidelines and workflows.Comfortable working with customer-facing content and content management tools.Problem-solving mindset.Additional Requirements:Familiarity with chatbots is a plus.Knowledge of the retail/shopping domain is an advantage.No prior experience or training required — paid training will be provided.
