This role requires strong operational judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to create structure and momentum across multiple teams. This is a full-time, remote role reporting to the Senior Manager, Clinical Operations & Strategy. Travel is required and is expected to be up to 20-30%. What you'll do: Lead program management for a dedicated onsite program, including planning, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and follow-throughServe as the primary operational lead, ensuring progress against commitments, milestones, and service expectationsDrive clarity on priorities, owners, decision points, and next steps across workstreamsMaintain visibility into program progress, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues as neededCollaborate across Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Product, and other partners to support strong program managementAlign stakeholders on timelines, dependencies, handoffs, and readiness needsReview and integrate cross-functional inputs to ensure plans and materials reflect customer context and prioritiesServe as a trusted operational partner to customer contacts and support customer readiness, change management, and adoptionPartner on customer-facing reporting and business reviews, ensuring materials are accurate, actionable, and aligned to commitmentsBuild and improve program management processes, tools, and operating rhythms to strengthen visibility, accountability, and executionWhat success looks like in this role:Onsite program priorities are managed with clear plans, ownership, and follow-throughCross-functional partners are aligned on roles, timelines, dependencies, and next stepsRisks and issues are surfaced early and addressed with clear mitigation plansInternal and customer stakeholders experience the onsite program as organized, responsive, and well managedProgram management processes improve visibility, accountability, and consistency without creating unnecessary overheadWhat you’ll bring:4+ years of experience in program management, operations, customer-facing delivery, or similar cross-functional rolesStrong experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder work in ambiguous environmentsProven ability to drive outcomes through influence rather than direct authorityStrong operational judgment and ability to balance customer needs, internal constraints, and competing prioritiesExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to synthesize cross-functional inputs into clear plans, priorities, and next stepsTrack record of identifying risks early and driving practical solutionsExperience improving processes or operating models to support stronger executionThe target base salary range for this position is $97,000 - $113,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
