What We're Looking For (General Purpose of the Role): - The Operations Manager exists to ensure that our entire company operation runs smoothly, measurably, and scalably. - Your primary mission is to map out how things are done, detect where workflows get stuck or lose time, resolve bottlenecks, document processes (SOPs), and establish clear metrics so that nothing remains hidden. - This is not a creative execution role; it is a role of structure, cross-departmental coordination, and continuous improvement. - If you thrive on bringing order to chaos, optimizing structures, and building scalable frameworks, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: - Map and document the processes of every department, focusing on how they connect cross-functionally. - Detect operational bottlenecks and uncover their root causes (not just treating the symptoms). - Coordinate workflows between different areas to ensure that departmental handoffs are seamless and never broken. - Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every key operational process. - Define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that provide clear visibility into the real-time health of the operation. - Ensure that communication channels and strategic priorities are fully aligned across all departments. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and lead their implementation. - Deliver clear, structured, and periodic operational health reports to company leadership. Essential Profile & Technical Requirements: - Strong analytical capability with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks effectively under constraints. - Exceptional ability to coordinate, align, and communicate with diverse teams from different functional areas. - Deep orientation toward structure, operational systems, and measurable, data-driven results. - Experience working with project management tools, documentation databases (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, or similar), and KPI dashboards. Bonus: - Experience in the E-commerce industry. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) applied to operations. - Experience implementing AI-driven automations to optimize operational workflows.
