The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective clients through the consultation and retention process, building trust during emotionally sensitive situations, and converting qualified leads into retained clients.Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PSTMonthly Compensation: 1,142 to 1,220 USDResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Clearly communicate the value of the firm’s legal servicesMaintain organized lead pipelines and communication schedulesMaintain accurate records within CRM and firm systemsServe as the primary point of contact for prospective clients (PNCs)Conduct initial consultations and discovery conversations with leadsGather relevant information regarding potential legal mattersConduct consistent and strategic follow-up with prospective clientsFacilitate a seamless transition from prospect to clientGuide prospective clients through the consultation and retention processManage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through retentionRequirements: 3+ years of experience in: Sales, Intake, Client Success or Business DevelopmentExperience converting prospects into paying clients or customersStrong customer service backgroundExperience working in high-emotion or consultative environments preferredLanguages:EnglishReady to dive in?
