Requirements and responsibilities


The Role: - You will be our first commercial touchpoint in cold outreach. - Your job is to identify target accounts, build the lists yourself, and book qualified meetings for our team. - You do not close the deal — you open the door. - This is a build-from-zero role: you will have a real say in the messaging, the targeting, and the playbook. What You Will Do: - Active prospecting of property developers, hotel chains, and architecture firms in the UK and US. - Build and enrich your own target account and contact lists (Sales Navigator + enrichment tools). - Run multichannel outbound: cold email + LinkedIn + cold calling. - Qualify interest and book meetings with decision-makers (BIM managers, project directors, technical departments). - Keep the CRM up to date every day and send a weekly activity and results report. - Adapt your messaging and angle per segment — an architecture firm does not buy like a hotel chain. Who We Are Looking For: - Demonstrable professional experience in the architecture / AEC sector — you understand how these firms work and can speak their language. - A proven track record in B2B outbound (prospecting, cold outreach, booking meetings). - Fully bilingual English, and real experience working the UK and US markets first-hand. - Self-sufficient in research: you can go from "target account" to "verified contact with a relevant angle." - Organized and disciplined — you keep a clean CRM and report on time without being chased. - Comfortable with cold calling. - Spanish is a plus, but not required. Conditions: - Freelance / part-time, 100% remote. - Work from wherever you are — we are actively looking at talent in Argentina and South Africa. - You must adapt your working hours to overlap with UK / US business time. - Monthly retainer - Performance-based bonus structure to be discussed. - Tooling stack (CRM, sequencer, enrichment) set up together during onboarding.
