If you're passionate about people, processes, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive team.This remote position is ideal for a candidate who is fluent in Turkish and English and has strong analytical and writing skills. Working hours for this role are between 9 AM and 5 PM according to the U.S. Central Time Zone, which corresponds to 17:00 and 01:00 in Türkiye time.What You’ll Be Doing:Talent Acquisition: Support end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring teamsPerformance Management: Assist in the coordination and tracking of performance review cycles and KPIsPayroll Support: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processingLearning & Development: Help identify training needs and organize employee development programsHR Analytics: Monitor basic HR metrics such as turnover and engagement, and assist in preparing reportsPolicies & Documentation: Maintain accurate HR records and support the implementation of internal policiesWhat We're Looking For:At least 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a background as an HR GeneralistHands-on experience in at least two of the following: hiring, performance management, payroll, or trainingAn analytical mindset with a basic understanding of HR metrics and reportingStrong organizational and communication skills; comfortable working remotelyFluent in both Turkish and English, written and spokenExperience working in international or U.S.-based companies is a plusRecruitment ProcessOur hiring process consists of two stages:HR Introductory InterviewAn initial meeting with our HR team to get to know each other better, discuss your background, career goals, and provide more information about the role and our company.Final Interview with the Board Member Responsible for HRCandidates who are considered a good fit following the initial HR interview will be invited to a final interview with the Board Member overseeing Human Resources to further discuss their experience, expectations, and potential fit within the organization.We aim to keep the process efficient and provide timely feedback throughout each stage.
