🚨 NOW HIRING: Field Application Engineer (FAE) / Technical Support EngineerWe’re looking for a technically strong, hands-on Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support advanced motor drive and control applications.This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems while working directly with customers to troubleshoot, diagnose, and develop practical application solutions.What we’re looking for:Strong knowledge of BLDC motor drive and controlExperience or knowledge of PMSM vector controlBackground in motor control, power electronics, or electrical engineeringHands-on troubleshooting using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and electronic test equipmentAbility to perform fault analysis, root-cause diagnosis, soldering, testing, and repairStrong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Control Engineering, Automation, or a related field⭐ Semiconductor industry experience is highly preferred, particularly involving motor-control ICs, motor drivers, power electronics, or embedded motor-control applications.Relevant backgrounds may include: Field Applications Engineer | Applications Engineer | Motor Control Engineer | Power Electronics Engineer | Technical Support Engineer📍 Remote | Detroit, MI Area Preferred💰 Base Salary: $80,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience✈️ Occasional travel/customer-site support
