Your job is to turn that signal into coordinated outreach that earns trust, drives action, and helps patients access better care. This role sits at the center of Leap’s member activation engine. You will partner with Growth Analytics to identify and prioritize members, with Content and Design to develop high-performing creative, and with Member Ops to ensure interested members successfully move from outreach to scheduled calls, enrollment, and treatment starts. This is a hands-on operating role. You will own the campaign calendar, channel strategy, experiment roadmap, and execution across email, SMS, direct mail, employer benefits portals, webinars, landing pages, incentives, and claims-triggered outreach. Your job is to make the activation engine work across channels and clients. What You’ll AccomplishBuild Leap’s member activation engineCreate the repeatable system that moves eligible members from initial awareness to action, including scheduled Care Guide calls, benefit review, enrollment, and treatment start. You’ll help define how Leap plans, launches, measures, and improves activation across employers, therapies, member segments, and channels.Drive lifecycle and targeted outreach campaignsOwn multi-step campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, landing pages, employer channels, and reactivation flows. You’ll be responsible for campaign strategy, sequencing, timing, channel mix, testing plans, and execution quality.Turn data signals into personalized member journeysPartner with Growth Analytics to translate claims, prior authorization, eligibility, and funnel data into practical outreach strategies. You’ll help determine which members to contact, when to reach them, which channels to use, and how the activation path should adapt based on therapy, timing, site of care, and member context.Run a rigorous experimentation and optimization programIdentify and test hypotheses across messaging, channels, timing, incentives, landing pages, direct mail formats, subject lines, CTAs, and campaign sequences. You’ll analyze performance, surface what is working and what is not, and present clear recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.Own campaign execution and marketing operationsBuild, QA, and launch campaigns in Leap’s marketing tools. You think deeply about who the member is, what problem Leap is solving for them, what they need to understand before taking action, and how the experience should adapt based on their therapy, timing, concerns, and stage in the journey. You are excited by the idea of using claims, prior authorization, eligibility, product, or behavioral data to trigger timely, relevant outreach.Operational rigor in a high-trust categoryYou understand that growth in healthcare depends on accuracy, compliance, QA, and clean execution.
