We are seeking a 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 & 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to lead and optimize digital acquisition efforts for a U.S.-based law firm.This position is 100% remote and open to LATAM professionals.What you'll be doing:Managing Meta/Facebook campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and launch to optimization and reporting.Reviewing and approving ad creatives before launch, coordinating with the creative and compliance teams.Monitoring CPL, CPA, and conversion metrics, and running A/B tests to identify winning strategies.Maintaining campaign tracking, reporting, and organization across all active campaigns.Collaborating on automation and process improvements across marketing operations.What we're looking for:5+ years in Paid Media or Performance Marketing — Meta Ads Manager experience required.Proven track record managing full-cycle marketing campaigns with measurable results.Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.Available to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours.Nice to have:Legal marketing or lead generation experience.Agency background serving U.S. clients.Knowledge of attribution, tracking pixels, and conversion reporting.Experience with AI tools for marketing and creative production.To apply, send the following to marwaescobar@vasglobal.com:Resume in EnglishSalary expectations (USD/month)Availability to start1–2 minute video introduction in English
