About the Role: - We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to support our U.S.-based clients in building, optimizing, and managing their sales and marketing automation systems. - The ideal candidate is experienced in GoHighLevel and understands how to leverage CRM, automation, funnels, and lead management processes to drive business growth. - This role requires someone who can work independently, troubleshoot technical issues, implement automation solutions, and provide strategic recommendations to improve client workflows and customer journeys. Key Responsibilities: - Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel accounts for multiple clients. - Create and maintain CRM pipelines and sales workflows. - Develop automated marketing and follow-up sequences. - Build landing pages, websites, forms, surveys, and funnels within GHL. - Configure triggers, campaigns, workflows, and automations. - Manage lead nurturing and customer communication systems. - Set up and maintain email marketing campaigns. - Configure SMS marketing and automation campaigns. - Integrate third-party applications using Zapier, Make, and native integrations. - Set up calendars, appointment booking systems, and reminders. - Manage contact databases and segmentation. - Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization. - Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure smooth system functionality. - Create reports and dashboards to track lead generation and conversion metrics. - Provide technical support and training to clients when needed. - Maintain accurate documentation of systems, workflows, and processes. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience. - Proven experience supporting U.S.-based businesses or agencies. - Strong understanding of CRM management and sales pipelines. - Experience creating and managing workflows, automations, funnels, landing pages, forms and surveys, email campaigns, and SMS campaigns. - Experience with lead nurturing and customer journey mapping. - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles. - Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms. - Knowledge of email deliverability best practices. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and project management abilities. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working within marketing agencies. - Knowledge of Facebook Lead Ads integration. - Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads lead tracking. - Familiarity with WordPress and website management. - Experience with call tracking and reputation management tools. - Understanding of SEO fundamentals. - Experience with API integrations. - Basic HTML/CSS knowledge. - Experience creating SOPs and process documentation.
