We are seeking a strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead global HR initiatives, develop talent strategies, strengthen organizational culture, and partner with executive leadership to support business growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute enterprise wide HR strategies aligned with business objectivesLead talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and succession planningPartner with executive leadership on organizational design and workforce planningEnsure compliance with employment laws and HR best practicesBuild and mentor a high performing HR leadership teamRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)10+ years of progressive HR leadership experienceStrong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and employment regulationsExceptional leadership, communication, and decision making skillsExperience leading HR initiatives within multinational organizationsCompensation:€170,000 to €220,000 annually, plus executive bonus, comprehensive health insurance, retirement benefits, paid vacation, and leadership development opportunities.
