🚨 **Hiring: Teamcenter Support Lead | Remote | W2 Only** **Client:** Cognizant **Position:** Teamcenter Support Lead **Location:** Remote **Employment:** W2 Only We are looking for an experienced **Teamcenter Support Lead** to establish and lead the operational support model for an enterprise **Create2Make PLM platform**. ### 🔑 Key Skills Required • 8+ years of **Siemens Teamcenter** administration, production support, or technical operations • Strong expertise in **Teamcenter & Active Workspace** • **BMIDE, Teamcenter Data Model, Preferences, Organization, Access Controls & Workflows** • **FMS, Dispatcher, Visualization/JT & CAD Integrations** • **ITK, SOA/REST APIs & Enterprise Integrations** • Strong troubleshooting across application, database, web, integration, queue, file-transfer, access & performance issues • **Java, C/C++, XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL & scripting** • Experience with **Azure DevOps, source control, CI/CD & release management** • Strong **L2/L3 production support** and incident/problem management experience • ITIL-aligned **Incident, Problem, Change, Release & Knowledge Management** • Experience with monitoring, logs, dashboards, SLAs and operational metrics • Experience coordinating **global support teams and cross-functional technical teams** • Strong customer-facing communication and leadership skills ### ⭐ Preferred • Experience in **medical devices, aerospace, automotive or engineering enterprises** • **SAP interfaces and CAD integrations** • **Siemens GTAC** experience • ITIL certification • Experience establishing a new Teamcenter support operating model and transitioning teams into steady-state support
