About the RoleThe Strategy & Operations Analyst works to execute Strategy & Business Operations activities and support the organization through recurring operational rhythms, cross-functional analysis, forecasting, and strategic research. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing business review materials, supporting forecasting processes, conducting analytical deep dives, and partnering with stakeholders across the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. As the Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will provide exceptional analytical, organizational, and strategic support that helps drive informed decision-making and continued growth across the business. A-LIGN will depend on you as the Strategy & Operations Analyst to support leadership through data-driven insights, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.Reports toStrategy and Business Operations ManagerResponsibilitiesOwn the preparation of Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including consolidating KPIs, building presentations, and synthesizing trends into executive-level narrativesManage weekly and monthly reporting cadences by gathering, validating, and analyzing metrics from cross-functional stakeholdersBuild, maintain, and enhance dashboards, trackers, reporting tools, and operating rhythm documentationDrive the quarterly reforecasting process by collecting inputs from GTM and operational teams and supporting channel forecasting modelsEvaluate forecasting assumptions and data inputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability for leadership decision-makingCreate executive-ready presentations and summary materials to support reforecasting and business review discussionsLead quantitative analyses on GTM channel performance, operational initiatives, and strategic business prioritiesDevelop and maintain Excel-based financial and operational models that support business planning and decision-makingCoordinate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and other cross-functional teams to gather, interpret, and communicate key business insightsDeliver data-driven recommendations and actionable insights that support operational improvements and strategic initiativesMinimum QualificationsEDUCATIONBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or another analytical fieldEXPERIENCEAt least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, or a related analytical fieldExperience supporting executive reporting, business reviews, forecasting, or operational planning processesSKILLSAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and data analysisStrong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-level presentationsExcellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilitiesAbility to translate complex data into actionable business recommendationsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadershipAbility to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation and attention to detailThrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple teamsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreamsSelf-starter mentality with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environmentsBenefitsHealthcare, Dental, and Vision BenefitsEmployer Paid Life Insurance and Disability InsuranceEAP - Employee Assistance ProgramPet Insurance401(k) Plan with Employer MatchingCompetitive Bonus StructureHome Office ReimbursementCertification ReimbursementPersonalized Career CoachingGenerous Paid Time OffPaid Office Closure December 25-January 1Vacation BonusSummer HoursAbout A-LIGNA-LIGN is the leading provider of high-quality, efficient cybersecurity compliance programs.
