OverviewAs a Manager, Revenue Accounting Operations at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will join our high-energy Accounting and Finance team at the intersection of technical accounting and data-driven operations. The Manager of Revenue Accounting Operations plays a critical role in executing and scaling revenue accounting operations, ensuring accurate close, strong controls, and audit readiness within the Accounting and Finance Department reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue. This role has direct ownership of key revenue accounting processes, including monthly close execution, review controls, audit coordination, and data integrity validation within a complex, highly regulated, and data-intensive environment.Our successful candidate is a collaborative accounting professional who is equally at home in a GL as they are writing a SQL query or stress-testing a reconciliation model. They bring the interpersonal skills to function successfully in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with excellent prioritization, collaboration, and influencing abilities. Our candidate will be comfortable and effective in a rapidly changing environment and will partner closely with the leaders of data, tax, treasury, legal, and FP&A, as well as a broad group of cross-functional business teams to provide guidance and support well-informed decisions.
