About the Role:
- We are looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Physician Assistant to provide high-quality patient care through a fully remote telehealth setting.
- The ideal candidate is a licensed Physician Assistant who is comfortable conducting virtual patient visits, assessing patient concerns, developing treatment plans, providing education, and coordinating follow-up care.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively serve our diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telehealth consultations and patient assessments.
- Obtain and review patient medical histories.
- Evaluate symptoms and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide patient education and follow-up instructions.
- Order or review diagnostic testing as appropriate.
- Prescribe medications within scope of practice and applicable regulations.
- Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR/EHR.
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care when necessary.
- Communicate with patients professionally in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Physician Assistant (PA) license.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
- Comfortable providing care through telehealth.
- Experience using EMR/EHR systems.
- Highly organized and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous telehealth experience is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $90,000 annually.
- Schedule: Full-Time.
- Location: 100% Remote / Work From Home.
