Responsibilities
We are looking for a Junior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations Team. As a junior analyst, you'll support core reporting, data hygiene, and day-to-day operational maintenance that keeps our revenue engine running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Revenue Operations team and cross-functional partners in Success, Product, and Finance to keep our systems and data accurate and up to date.DescriptionWhat You’ll DoMaintain and update existing dashboards and reports to track key operational metricsPerform routine data quality checks and clean up records across CRM and related systemsAssist in analyzing customer and product usage data under the guidance of senior team membersSupport the team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks (e.g. territory updates, list maintenance, basic troubleshooting)Help document processes and workflows to support team scalabilityRespond to ad hoc data requests from stakeholders in a timely mannerEscalate issues or trends to senior analysts and flag opportunities for improvementRequirements1-2 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Analytics, or a related fieldBasic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to SQL or data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) is a plusStrong attention to detail and comfort working with structured dataEager to learn, with a proactive and coachable attitudeGood communication skills and ability to work well within a teamInterest in growing a career in Revenue Operations or related analytics fieldsBenefitsHireframe provides nearshore and offshore staffing solutions, operating as a remote-first organization with team members located in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines.
