When you decide to work with GUS, you will be joining an industry leading, global organisation that has a reach in over 150 different countries.Purpose of the RoleParticipate in defining the sales strategy and implement it to recruit future students for GUS France.Concurrently prospect for companies and sustain the relationships created as part of the recruitment of work-study students.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development and RecruitmentProspect/candidate targetsDesign, plan, and manage promotional operations in France and internationally to optimise recruitment, and analyse the impact of the actions implemented Implement and carry out all commercial actions fostering the recruitment and retention of future French and international students for GUS France.Manage and maintain relationships with French and international prospects/candidates: meet, inform, persuade, and reassure future students; ensure follow-upTake part in managing internal and external events: represent GUS France, welcome and support French and international prospects/candidates; lead activities within the school; monitor admission examsEnsure the successful integration of fee-paying international studentsMonitor sales indicators and conduct competitive intelligenceCorporate targetsDevelop partnerships (framework agreements and collaboration agreements) with companies and build loyaltyDevelop more innovative concepts and services to meet corporate needsActively participate in Apprenticeship Tax and Patronage campaignsAs part of the placement of our work-study students: prospect, monitor, and retain companiesSupport companies in defining their needs (job descriptions, profile definition, connecting with future students, etc.)Participate in school & Key Account recruitment eventsGuarantee a satisfactory experience to retain companiesGather corporate needs for the new campaign and propose candidatesManage any conflictsReporting and AnalysisUpdate tracking databases and CRMProvide regular reporting on their activityTeam leadershipLead a team of students participating in the promotion of EST programmes (at forums, fairs, Open Days) and internal eventsSkills and CompetenciesTechnical Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+3) – Marketing / Communication / Sales / Tourism or Hospitality SchoolSimilar experience preferredAn affinity for the tourism sectorKnowledge of corporate work-study legislationAnalytical and reporting skillsArgumentation / negotiation / sales action techniquesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)Working knowledge of English would be a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPersonal Attributes:Organisation, rigour, tenacity, and persuasivenessResponsiveness and proactivityAdaptability and listening skillsExcellent presentation and very good interpersonal skillsTeam spiritOther Information:Please note this position is only available on our Consultancy agreement.The post holder may be asked to undertake different or additional duties in line with business requirements at the request of their line manager.There is an expectation that all employees will maintain the values of the Group and comply with the Code of Conduct, as well as equality and diversity, health and safety, and safeguarding policies.
