Base compensation USD3k/month

+ Performance bonus: 1X your monthly salary, each year.

Responsibilities

✅ Requirements 🚀 You are expected to understand and produce articles or reports, clear speeches, and regular meetings in English. 🚀 The applicant should work in US Central Time or US Eastern Time. 🚀 The schedule is flexible but the applicant should work 40 hours per week. 🚀 The applicant should have experience with Figma. This is mandatory. 🚀 Must have experience as a Graphic and a User Experience designer. 🚀 Must have experience in Web and Mobile experience. 🚀 Experience with International clients is Nice to have. 🚀 Experience with financial applications is nice to have. ✅ Responsibilities 🚀 Collaborate with business and development teams to create solutions and define requirements. 🚀 Create high-quality UX and UI deliverables to communicate the intended user experience such as screen flow diagrams, prototypes, mockups, icons, and UI specifications. 🚀 Experience using requisite tools of choice (e.g., Sketch, InVision, Figma, Whiteboards, Post-its, Sharpies, dry erase markers, etc). 🚀 Knowledge of UX and UI design principles, responsive design, user testing, and A/B testing 🚀 Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications, working closely with developers to see your design through to deployment. 🚀 Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization. 🚀 Articulate design ideas, decisions, and rationale. 🚀 Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from user testing and business analytics to make design decisions. 🚀 Provide design support during development and assist with QA. 🚀 Validate success post-launch through analytics and customer feedback. 🚀 Maintain a user-centered approach in design perspective and practice. 🚀 Complete ad-hoc requests based on the needs and priorities of the company.
