Event Manager at Quicken Loans

e the main point of contact for complex events and projects Respond to event inquires in a timely manner daily via email and phone Meet with potential clients to review available event spaces, discuss options for holding events in our spaces and create client proposals • Create client invoices, payment schedule, contracts and event resumes via the Tripleseat event management program • Sell beverage packages and understand liquor license requirements • Generate event floor plans via the Social Tables platform • Coordinate parking for guests and vendors • Collect certificates of insurance from clients and vendors • Develop relationships with new vendors and partners in the marketplace • Offer vendor recommendations and ensure vendors are aware of venue guidelines • Be involved with the onboarding, selling and marketing of new venues • Provide content suggestions and event photos for social media platforms • Reconcile all event costs post-event • Keep up with industry trends and attend training and networking sessions
