Requirements and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Video Editing (Core Function): * Edit short-form and long-form video content. * Resize videos for multiple social platforms. * Add text overlays, timestamps, and subtitles. * Prepare content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Social Media Admin: * Upload videos to various platforms. * Maintain a content calendar and organize media libraries. * Manage social media posting schedules. General Admin Tasks: * Support project management via Monday.com. * Assist with tools including CapCut, Canva, Pyramid Platform, ResNet, and BoldTrail. * Handle document organization and light paperwork. * Help meet tight 1–3 day operational deadlines. Must-Have Qualifications: * Proficiency in video editing (CapCut strongly preferred). * Prior experience as a video editor, content assistant, or social media coordinator. * Strong administrative skills in digital organization and task management. * Detail-oriented and capable of meeting strict turnaround times. * Clear English communication (accent is fine; fluency not required). Nice-to-Have Qualifications: * Experience with Canva, ResNet, Pyramid Platform, and BoldTrail. * Background in supporting real estate or digital creators. * Comfortable juggling both creative and administrative workstreams.
