By providing a unified inbox, LeadTruffle enables instant responses, automatic qualification of leads, and streamlined job scheduling. The platform integrates seamlessly with popular services like Yelp, Thumbtack, Google LSA, Angi's List, HomeAdvisor, NextDoor, and Houzz. Our mission is to empower businesses in the home services industry to optimize performance and grow their customer base. Role Description: This is a full-time remote role. Day-to-day, you will be doing the following: - You will be working with us 9-5 Central Time USA the full day. - Strong English skills are required. - You will have the ability to join video calls with customers, being friendly and supportive to help them with issues. - You will be helping with customer support issues over chat, email, and video. - You will be ensuring new customers are onboarded successfully and doing check-ins with customers. - You will be configuring Zapier workflows. - You will be updating DNS records in places like GoDaddy and Namecheap. - You will be pasting scripts into website builders like Webflow, Wix, etc. - You will be updating API keys to set up accounts. Qualifications: - Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support experience. - Strong English communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse clients. - Analytical skills for understanding customer data and identifying trends for continuous improvement. - Proactive approach to solving customer challenges and enhancing their experience. - Familiarity with SaaS platforms or experience in software onboarding and training is a plus. - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
