Requirements and responsibilities

Podcast Management (Required Experience) - Manage podcasts end-to-end, including guest coordination, scheduling, production timelines, approvals, and publishing. - Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, editors, and internal stakeholders. - Maintain episode calendars, asset delivery, and publishing schedules. - Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to deadlines across all podcast episodes. Online Courses & Digital Programs - Manage existing online courses and support new program launches. - Coordinate content uploads, module organization, and updates. - Own timelines and deliverables for all digital programs. - Keep documentation and workflows organized and current. Sponsorship & Partnership Support - Support sponsorship outreach, pitching, and follow-up. - Coordinate sponsor communication and fulfillment. - Track sponsor deliverables, including ads, mentions, and assets. - Maintain organized sponsorship trackers and pipelines. Systems & Execution - Use ClickUp to manage projects, deadlines, and accountability. - Provide clear status updates and flag issues early. - Ensure smooth handoffs between content, production, and partners. - Prevent tasks from falling through the cracks.
