Requirements and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities: * Manage and organize incoming and outgoing emails related to client intake. * Contact and follow up with potential and existing clients via phone and email. * Gather, review, and organize client information and case-related documentation. * Maintain accurate records and files within legal systems and CRMs. * Manage calendars, appointments, and internal scheduling. * Support general case handling tasks, including organizing data and ensuring completeness of client files. Requirements: * Excellent written and spoken English (daily communication required). * Proven experience in legal intake or a similar role. * Familiarity with legal CRMs and online case management tools. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. * Self-motivated, fast learner, and comfortable working independently. * Strong internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment. * English proficiency: C1 or higher.
