Job SummaryEach year, MedSchoolCoach supports thousands of pre-medical and medical students through their journeys to becoming successful medical school and residency applicants. Through a combination of expert advising, tutoring, and application support, our team works closely with students to help them navigate the competitive admissions process.The Student Support Auditor plays an important role in ensuring that students receive consistent, high-quality support across our advising and tutoring programs. This role is best suited for individuals with a medical background (MD or DO), who can bring clinical insight and firsthand understanding of the medical training pathway to evaluate student-facing interactions.This position focuses on reviewing student interactions, monitoring service quality, and identifying opportunities to improve the student experience. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about maintaining high standards in medical education support.This is a part-time position (approximately 10 hours per week) with a flexible schedule.ResponsibilitiesReview and audit student interactions across advising, tutoring, and support programs to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistencyEvaluate adherence to internal standards, processes, and best practices, with particular attention to medically relevant guidance and communicationIdentify trends, gaps, or opportunities to improve the student experience and communicate findings to leadershipProvide actionable feedback to advisors and tutors to strengthen student engagement and outcomesMaintain accurate documentation of audits and evaluationsCollaborate with the Director of Operations and other team members to support continuous improvement initiativesAssist with monitoring service delivery to ensure students receive timely and effective supportPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsMedical School Students encouraged to apply Clinical training (current resident, fellow, or practicing physician) strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to evaluate processes objectivelyExcellent written communication and documentation skillsAbility to analyze interactions and identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvementAbility to handle confidential information with discretionComfort working independently and managing a flexible workloadExperience in mentoring, tutoring, advising, or working with pre-med/medical students preferredFamiliarity with the medical school admissions or residency application process (e.g., AMCAS, ERAS) preferredProficiency with common workplace tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and emailPosition TypeThis is a part-time, non-exempt position with flexible work hours (approximately 10 hours per week).Location & Other Requirements100% remoteMust have access to a computer with a reliable internet connection
