About the Role: As a Senior Creative Designer, you will lead the development of compelling, brand-aligned visual content across digital, print, and AI-driven platforms. You will own design quality end-to-end, mentor through example, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding creative outcomes. Responsibilities: - Lead and refine brand-aligned visual concepts across digital marketing assets, print collateral, and AI-driven platform interfaces. - Utilize Figma to design, iterate, and deliver production-ready design files and systems. - Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate creative briefs into impactful visual assets and user experiences. - Conduct trend research and ideation to bring fresh design perspectives and apply emerging technologies. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables meet high standards for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency while staying on schedule. - Engage actively in feedback sessions, incorporating input while advocating for strong design decisions and clear rationale. About You: Qualifications & Skills: - 9+ years of relevant work experience in a senior creative design capacity, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand-focused work across various media. - Proven proficiency with Figma (mandatory). - Skilled in conceptualization, ideation, and modern web design, with a solid foundation in design principles (typography, color theory, layout, etc.). - Experience designing assets that support digital marketing, social media, and web experiences. - Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong English communication skills (B2+) to present design rationale and interact professionally with clients and team members. - Naturally curious and passionate about design innovation, new technologies, and continuous learning.
