Requirements and responsibilities


Core Responsibilities: - Review and audit PPC campaign structures (Google & Meta). - Ensure campaigns align with client objectives and funnel stages. - Identify gaps in tracking, targeting, or messaging. - Support client PPC teams with strategic direction (not daily execution). - Monitor performance trends and highlight improvement areas. - Understand how organic ranking works (on-page, technical, authority signals). - Support foundational technical SEO tasks including sitemap submissions, schema markup updates, meta title and description optimization, and basic keyword mapping. - Review agency SEO work for consistency and alignment. - Identify technical SEO gaps and escalate where necessary. - Review site performance and UX for conversion alignment. - Understand Shopify and BigCommerce theme structures. - Make minor no-code edits where required. - Assist with product organization, tagging, and collections. - Identify technical or structural issues affecting marketing performance. - Ensure tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads) is correctly implemented. - Audit marketing activities across PPC, SEO, email, and paid social. - Ensure messaging is consistent across channels. - Review agency deliverables to ensure they align with client goals. - Identify inefficiencies, overlaps, or gaps. - Provide strategic improvement recommendations. - Understand how email integrates with paid and organic channels. - Review automation flows (welcome, nurture, abandoned cart). - Identify alignment gaps between traffic and retention strategies. - Familiarity with no-code tools (landing page builders, theme editors). - Basic coding literacy (HTML/CSS fundamentals). - Ability to understand theme structure. - Comfortable making small structural or formatting edits. - Ability to communicate effectively with developers when escalation is required. - Review performance data from GA4 and ad platforms. - Identify trends and anomalies. - Ensure reporting reflects true performance. - Highlight discrepancies or tracking issues.
