Are you a highly experienced BIM Manager with a proven track record in high-rise civil construction projects within the UAE? We're looking for a visionary leader to drive our Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy and implementation. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement the company-wide BIM strategy, standards, and execution plan (BEP) for high-rise civil construction projects. * Manage, mentor, and train the project BIM/CAD teams, ensuring high quality and consistency of BIM models and data. * Oversee the creation and maintenance of Revit models, ensuring accuracy, adherence to project specifications, and coordination across all disciplines. * Facilitate collaboration and coordination meetings, utilizing BIM for clash detection, quantity take-offs, 4D (scheduling), and 5D (cost) applications. * Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth information exchange and compliance with BIM requirements. * Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, software, and industry best practices. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory. * Experience: A minimum of 12+ years of professional experience in the construction industry. * Sector Specific: Mandatory experience working for a high-rise civil construction company in the UAE is essential. * Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with Autodesk Revit is required. Experience with other BIM/digital tools (e.g., Navisworks, Civil 3D, Dynamo) is a strong advantage. * Leadership: Proven experience managing a BIM team and successfully implementing BIM on large, complex projects. * Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
