Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Transform an existing MVP into a market-ready, production-quality product. - Design and refine backend APIs and data models. - Enhance frontend UX, usability, and performance. - Ensure the system's stability, security, and scalability. - Identify and resolve edge cases, bugs, and technical debt. - Make architectural decisions that support long-term growth. - Collaborate closely with the founder to maintain engineering discipline. - Write clean, maintainable, well-structured TypeScript. Preferred Skills & Tools: - TypeScript. - React. - Node.js. - Express. - MongoDB. Qualifications: - 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. - Strong experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend. - Solid React experience building production-grade user interfaces. - Experience building Node.js / Express APIs. - Experience working with MongoDB in production environments. - Proven track record of shipping and maintaining real-world SaaS products. - Ability to move a product from 'it works' to reliable, scalable, and usable. - Fluent English, written and verbal.
