We improve the practical and spiritual condition of others.Statement of FaithThere is one God, eternally existing in three co-equal Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. God, out of love for His children, sent His son Jesus Christ to show us how to live; He died for our sins, and rose from the dead. The Bible is the inspired Word of God and is the final authority in life and doctrine. Salvation is a free gift of God. The death of Christ on the cross is the only sufficient payment for our sins. All have sinned, but all can be saved. This salvation is available for any who put their trust in Christ as Savior. Those trusting Christ should repent of sin, confess that Jesus is Lord, and be reconciled with God. Jesus powerfully brought the Kingdom of God on earth through His life, death, and resurrection; and His Church is called to co-labor with Him to advance His Kingdom. The victorious, redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides holistic freedom from the power of the enemy. The Church is the body of Christ on earth, empowered by the Holy Spirit to continue the task of reaching the lost and discipling the saved, helping them become fully devoted followers of Christ. The government and peace of God are ever-increasing through King Jesus. Christ will one day return and reign forever with His overcoming bride - the Church. When we die, we will either be eternally separated from God by sin or eternally with God through faith in Jesus Christ.
