About Odd BunchOdd Bunch is on a mission to make fresh produce more affordable and accessible across Canada. We are a fast-growing, sustainable subscription-based produce service, helping Canadians save thousands of dollars on their grocery bills, supporting local farmers, fighting food waste, donating to families suffering from food insecurity, and building a better planet in the process. We currently operate in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, with most of our team located in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and London.About The RoleWe’re seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to bolster and scale our lifecycle email efforts. This is an execution-heavy, hands-on role for someone who likes moving fast, catching details others miss, and seeing their work go live every day. You’ll work directly with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build, QA, send, and optimize emails across Klaviyo — spanning campaigns, flows, segments, and testing. Some days are very operational (building + QA), others are more analytical (spotting trends, diagnosing dips, testing ideas). Most are both. This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership, strong mentorship, and exposure to lifecycle marketing inside a fast-moving startup. You’ll get hands-on lifecycle and CRM experience fast - across campaigns, flows, testing, and strategy. If you’re detail-obsessed, curious about performance, and want to grow into a lifecycle strategist, this role is built for that path. What You’ll DoRun Email Execution End-to-EndBuild and launch campaigns in Klaviyo using our templates and brand guidelinesQA everything before send (links, formatting, dynamic content, segments, timing, mobile)Ideate on copy based on established strategies and email cadences before handing off to the design team to createCoordinate closely with design + lifecycle to hit weekly deadlinesPerform day-to-day email marketing activities, including campaign setup, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment of various campaign types.Support Lifecycle OperationsMaintain existing segments to ensure the right audience gets the right messageEdit and maintain existing flows (welcome, post-purchase, abandoned checkout, etc.)Build segments based on established best practises, and ideate on potential segments and audiencesTest, Learn, Report, RepeatSupport A/B testing across subject lines, creative, messaging, and timingMonitor performance daily and flag outliers or areas of concernsHelp identify patterns, dips, and opportunitiesDocument processes and improve workflows through continuous iterationWhat You Bring1–2 years in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle, or marketing operationsHands-on Klaviyo experience (campaigns, segments, flows required)Strong attention to detail — especially in QASolid understanding of segmentation + filtersComfortable writing/editing copy (AI tools welcome)Organized, fast, reliable, and calm under deadlinesWhat a Week Might Look Like…Your week will typically include a mix of campaign execution, performance monitoring, testing, and planning ahead. Early in the week, you’ll review campaign and flow performance in Klaviyo with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, identifying what’s working and where performance may be shifting. You’ll spend time building and QA’ing upcoming campaigns — checking segments, validating personalization, and scheduling sends. As campaigns go live, you’ll monitor performance closely, flag unusual trends, and suggest ideas for A/B tests or optimizations. Midweek often shifts toward lifecycle flows, implementing small improvements, supporting tests, and troubleshooting any logic or segmentation issues.Later in the week, focus moves toward preparing the next round of campaigns — drafting copy, setting up segments, and ensuring everything is ready for design and scheduling.
