The ideal candidate combines strong aesthetic sensibility with performance-driven design thinking, understands social-first content, and can translate brand strategy into visually compelling assets across multiple digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Brand Visual Identity & Consistency * Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand’s identity, tone, and positioning across social media, paid ads, website, and email marketing. * Maintain cohesive color palettes, typography, layouts, and visual storytelling elements. * Deliver polished, professional, and on-brand creative assets that reflect high-quality standards. Social Media Content Creation * Design engaging static and motion content. * Create feed posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, thumbnails, banners, and promotional graphics. * Develop scroll-stopping creatives optimized for engagement and platform-specific best practices. Video Editing & Motion Graphics * Edit short-form video content aligned with trending formats and sounds. * Create motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects that enhance storytelling. * Optimize video formats for organic and paid campaigns. Ad Creative Development * Design high-converting creatives for paid media campaigns. * Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to produce A/B test variations. * Continuously iterate creatives based on performance data and campaign goals. Trend Awareness & Innovation * Stay updated on emerging design trends, beauty industry aesthetics, and social media creative trends. * Incorporate modern, high-performing visual styles while maintaining brand authenticity. * Propose innovative creative concepts to elevate brand presence. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with the Social Media Strategist, content creators, and marketing team to align visuals with messaging and business goals. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Maintain organized design files and workflows for efficient collaboration. Performance-Driven Design * Understand key performance metrics (CTR, engagement rate, conversions) and design with measurable results in mind. * Analyze creative performance and optimize future assets accordingly.
