Job DescriptionWe are looking for several dedicated and customer-oriented collection specialists who speak German at a B2 - C1 level and have good English skills. Are you passionate about creating a positive and solution-oriented customer experience and shaping the collections process through fair and transparent communication? Then you are at the right place because in this position, you will be responsible for processing open receivables and actively contribute to developing individual solutions that meet both the needs of the debtors and the goals of our customers.About the tasks to be done in the job (position is Collection Advisor/Customer Representative): Processing and monitoring of open receivables in the collections processCommunicating with debtors to reach fair and sustainable payment agreementsAnalyzing the financial situation of debtors and developing individual solutionsDocumenting and managing receivable cases in a modern systemClose collaboration with the team to optimize the collections processSupporting the resolution of inquiries and issues in receivables managementEnsuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining respectful communication throughout the processAbout the profile we are looking for: B2 - C1 German language skills and good English skills (at least B2 level)Experience in customer service or call center is a mustCustomer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skillsAbility to solve problems quickly and work independentlyTeam player, flexible, and dynamic work styleBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office software and computersVery good written and verbal communication skillsAbout what we offer: Hybrid work model 3/2A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional developmentA competitive salary and an attractive benefits packageFixed working hours with off on weekendsModern office infrastructure and a pleasant work environmentAny questions?
