Join our team and make a difference in the hospitality industry!Job Descriptions:Builds, coordinates, and manages the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding functions for the head office and all hotels.Provides General Manager (GM) candidates for all Archipelago hotels.Maintains strong relationships between Archipelago and hotel owners.Develops strategic hiring plans for all Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding functions.Coordinates and monitors all Talent Acquisition activities at the head office and hotels.Maintains and updates the GM talent pipeline.Job Requirements:Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent; postgraduate degree preferred.Excellent English, both spoken and written.Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding trends.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Willing to be placed in our Head Office, South Jakarta
