Requirements and responsibilities

About the job Schedule: 8 hours daily (Mon-Fri)Key ResponsibilitiesProspect, outreach, and initiate conversations with target companies (via phone, email, LinkedIn) that may benefit from funding/credit solutions.Conduct discovery conversations to understand business financial needs, eligibility, and pain-points.Qualify leads and set appointments for our Account Executives or Closers.Maintain accurate CRM records of activity, outcomes, next-steps and lead status.Coordinate timely follow-ups and hand-offs to closing team.Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly pipeline generation targets.Collaborate with marketing and closing teams to refine messaging, scripts and outreach cadences.Provide feedback to improve lead quality, call scripts and campaign performance.QualificationsProven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably B2B).Comfortable making cold/warm calls and running email/LinkedIn outreach campaigns.Strong verbal and written communication skills, persuasive and confident.Self-motivated, goal-oriented and disciplined in a remote work environment.Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and tracking outreach metrics.Ability to understand and speak to business credit/funding solutions is a plus but not required.Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks.Comfortable working with remote stakeholders and hand-off processes.
